Trying to find how to lose weight or how to live healthier is confusing. If you want to look lean many sites have terribly unhealthy advice that have impossible restrictions on life. It should not be this hard! Let's be realistic, It is not healthy nor is it practical to lose a large amount of weight in a short amount of time. The weight was not gained in 30 days. Do not put that pressure on yourself. The infomercials that say "in 30 days you can have a body like this" also say in tiny caption "this person completed 9 rounds of this 30 day program." I am a nurse who has been spent the majority of my career in an emergency room setting. I see people at their worst. Most of which live chronically ill and come in to be seen when their disease has threatened to take their life.
